Well March turned out to be rather a quiet one for me blog-wise, mainly because I spent a large part of it in a country that blocks access to blogger.com. So I'll have to make up for it in April.

I've always rather liked outdoor scenes and this looks like a very public place like a park, where the couple have decided to risk being caught engaging in a little spanking action. There's something about the fact that she has dropped her jeans just far enough to expose her knickers and he's just pulled the belt off his trousers that makes it all seem rather spontaneous and unplanned. She's not even wearing especially sexy underwear but she has a nice figure and I would have loved to have stumbled on this little drama. You have to assume the action would have become rather more intense when they got back home.

Nice photo but not unplanned enough that they didn't have a photographer along and someone with a reasonable camera too. If they want to let me know I'll bring my camera to their next outing

Yes James, those snuggy, cutey-blue, cotton panties would not be offering protection, in situ back at home as she felt my spanky-stick properly on the lily white bare, as my own two daughters will ruefully verify. Down to knees they would always go !

Outdoor spankings (..& indoor !!) were common in our suburban Atlanta community when I was a lil' girl in the 1960s, but I never saw a belt being used. Typically, one of the moms in our Church group would take her misbehaving daughter aside: down came the cute lil' shorts, down came her 1950s, cotton white panties, so that proper, sound, spontaneous maternal justice gotten delivered upon a chubby bare, alabaster-white botty (we lil' outdoor Southern belles had our signature tan lines, golden sun tans..& porcelain white backsides covered in large, 1950s, conservative two- piece swim suits!!)
It was a noisy affair, James. But a fact of life.
Bare bottom spankings gotten warmly approved & applauded by all the moms as a sign of good parenting. Spontaneity ruled, James. Sometimes a mom would fetch a hairbrush from her purse, but never the belt outside. But I did see my friends get the belt on their bare bottoms inside, again, that was not uncommon in the 1960s.
I did not spank my own young daughters outside (1980s/90s), I was conservative & cautious. But they sure gotten just desserts back at home. In private, it was far more conducive for two well-smacked bottoms James: first, I always fetched the designated, much-feared "botty smacker" aka my trusty lil' rattan cane ! And second, I always pulled their panties down so they would feel it properly on sensitive bare skin. That was the rule.
Private, loving, harmless but sound parental whoopings worked well.
Same for myself as a child in the 60s, my sister & me never gotten our knickers pulled down & our snow white botties smacked in public by mother. I wish I had gotten that done in retrospect !! Especially having seen my friends spanked a bunch over the years.
Sister & me gotten our bare bums whooped with the same lil' dreaded, rattan cane in private in the living room, "in front of God", when we gotten home. Much worse ! But this photo sure brings back a slice of Southern culture. There is never any real worry about PC in the South, although outdoor spankings are not common today, James. PC has taken some hold. Spankings are confined to the home.
