To celebrate the return of my blog in 2023, I thought I'd also return the Video of the Year feature. And this year's offering, discovered quite recently is...

Especially for Santa since the rule change where, instead of not delivering gifts to girls on the naughty list, he is now legally required to visit them and spank their bottoms...

Japan joins the party

In August I published a lengthy piece concerning fun spanking scenes that have been emerging from China - mainly linked to games of Rock-Paper-Scissors. Although the output of those has slackened slightly there's still new material appearing all the time.

However, it now seems that the Japanese are joining in with some fun street spankings, albeit currently on just one TikTok site. If you think the Chinese ones are hard to understand then Japan is even more confusing. One person bends over - usually an attractive young girl - someone stands behind her -  usually a guy - with what appears to be a large plastic club, and on the count of three he whacks her across the bottom. I don't think they're especially heavy implements so it's probably only going to cause a bit of a sting and short-term red marks but, as with most of the Chinese examples, they're delivered with a lot of enthusiasm and force.

These first three images give you a good idea of what to expect. They all take place in the street outside a place called Bar Ripple with the girls usually bending forward over a large wooden packing case.

Some of the girls are dressed to protect their modesty - others don't really dress in a manner that lends itself to bending over in the street.

Many are very confident before they get their whack and often pose for the camera.

A very small number show very little reaction at all and seem able to just laugh it off. However, if you like to see a bit more reaction...

...most do show quite a lot of over-dramatic reactions, loud squeals, clutched bottoms, throwing themselves to the floor or running around...

...and some nice spanky dances!

There are fewer cases of the same character appearing several times than in the Chinese ones but there doesn't seem to be a game element. What the story behind this might be eludes me. Perhaps it's a special offer where they get a free drink at the bar? If anyone knows, please tell everyone in the comments below. Favourite for December

I love this moment captured in the Xerotics video Trip to the Woodshed (also known as Cat Woodshed), Cat has been letting her school grades slide and her father is unimpressed. He takes her out to the woodshed, makes her drop her shorts and panties and bend over. First, she gets a hand spanking and then a good old whoopin' with a leather belt. When she is finally free to go back to her bedroom she stumbles out of the woodshed, struggling to pull up her panties and shorts as she rushes back to the house.

It's the mix between her wanting to get away from the shed and back indoors and wanting to get her shorts up to cover her fiery red bottom that makes this such a lovely moment.

Nice model and some credibility to the scene but, alas, in the actual video he's very gentle on her.

The blog Spanking Links has been on my blogroll for a very long time - I have just removed it. This morning, a direct link from that blog tried to install malware on my computer. Multiple girls to be punished

We are really fortunate to have so many websites producing spanko material for us these days and there's some very high-quality material out there. We've long passed the stage of being given single images and because so much of it is based on video content we usually get a decent storyline. However one aspect has really had me thinking lately, and that is scenes where multiple girls end up being punished.

I can't pretend to have done any sort of formal analysis, and I doubt it is even possible, but I would guess that around eighty per cent of all scenes just involve one girl (by 'girl' here, I'm referring to ones being given physical punishment - I'm not taking into account that sometimes girls on the giving side). Maybe another seventeen per cent involve two girls, perhaps two per cent involve three and one per cent involve four. Like I say, the maths isn't very precise. But I think, somewhere there, there is just enough slippage for a very tiny number of scenes where five or more girls are being punished. It's not hard to work out why this is such a tiny number. There are all sorts of logistics issues with getting more girls together, needing a bigger venue, and naturally a cost dimension. You can't pay a model who is being caned less because five others are also getting caned but conversely, you can't charge customers six times as much for the end product. However, there are examples out there and I am particularly interested in how the dynamic works for the models taking part. Here are a series of examples.

The first two come from some of Clare Fonda's sites - one of two big-name producers that often uses multiple girls - quite often there is a scene at the end where the girls have to line up in front of a wall or blackboard, to show off their red bottoms after their punishment. The slight problem is that their bottoms are often not very red because the punishments have been quite light and they don't look to have learned much from it. In fact, the reality is that we see from other images that they're often having a really good time. It's like one giant party.

Sometimes, the aim is just to convey that they're suitable chastened and will behave better in the future. The trouble is, they don't all look very sorry. In these examples, the first group are clearly all far too happy. The second group are doing a bit better job until you look closely. The second and third girls are clearly giggling.

And why not? They're all doing something that they enjoy - and being paid for it - with a group of other girls who like doing the same sort of things who they've probably worked with before. There are similar examples to be found on Sarah Gregory's websites, most notably under her Strictmoor Academy imprint.

In terms of the actual punishments, there seem to be two main plot lines. The first is where all of the girls are being punished for the same thing, one after another.

Here are three examples. The first is from the Bad Tushy site where five girls get to watch one being spanked across her panties, almost certainly expecting that they'll be getting exactly the same treatment in a few moments. The sixth one to go will get quite of time to see what awaits her. Despite their shocked expressions, this is probably something they've done dozens of times and is not especially severe, but if the spanker is someone you haven't worked with before and you see the girls ahead of you reacting badly you might wonder if they're still just acting or if he has a particularly heavy hand.  The second image here comes, I believe, from NuWest. It does look to a rather more fearful punishment than the previous one so again, plenty for any girl who hasn't done much of this stuff before or who finds herself last in line, to be thinking about.

After Sarah Gregory and Clare Fonda, the other imprint that features a lot of multi-girl scenarios is Sternwood Academy.

 

One more example, this time from Sarah Gregory's Spanking 101 imprint.

These seem to be largely shot at one of the big American spanking parties. Usually, all the girls will be getting exactly the same and have an obvious interest in watching how the others respond.

An interesting twist on this theme where each girl is dealt with the same in turn is this example from Sarah Gregory's Strictmoor Academy.

Here, they are going to get the same but they're going to get more than one punishment. So the first girl has to stand on a plinth to get the backs of her legs smacked. Then she moves to the second station where is put over the knee for a spanking on the seat of her panties. Then she moves to the next spanker who again has her over the knee but this time has her panties taken down for a bare bottom spanking. Finally, she has to bend over to take a caning on her bare bottom. This creates all sorts of interesting dynamics for a girl who is currently receiving a punishment, but out of the corner of her eye can see the girl who went before her getting an ever-more severe punishment.

Another twist in this scene, again I believe this probably comes from NuWest.

This time, when the first girl is getting her paddling the others will hear the sounds of the impacts. they'll hear the response of the girl, and they'll be able to count the swats if they haven't been told beforehand. But they might not be able to really accurately judge the severity until their turn comes.

The second major plot line is usually based in classroom-type settings where all the girls will misbehave at some time or other and they will then be punished with the other girls watching. Not long after, another girl or girls will do something wrong. I call this "It'll be your turn soon." 

 

The key difference now is that all of the punishments don't have to be identical. Here we have two examples from Clare Fonda's Girlspanksgirl site, from Northern Spanking and from Sarh Gregory's Strictmoor Academy site. NS very rarely indulges in multi-girl scenes but this one, taken from a video called Classroom Chaos, lasts for over an hour and provides plenty of opportunities for individual girls or combinations of girls to get punished for a variety of pranks. It is hard to know how tightly scripted these are and how much one or more girls might just decide to provoke a more serious punishment "just for the hell of it." Given the party-like atmosphere at these events, you can imagine girls trying to outdo each other by behaving ever more badly.

The remainder of the scenes are from Eastern European or Russian websites. There is probably a widespread assumption that these have certain advantages. It would not be unreasonable to think that they can get away with paying lower fees to their models. Furthermore, they may have access to girls who are desperate enough to receive cash payments that they would be willing to take part even if they get no enjoyment from it. Scenes are typically more brutal and not to everyone's taste. However, they do introduce some very different dynamics. If we start with MOOD pictures. Firstly a video called South American Vacation where seven girls on holiday in an unspecified South American country are caught with drugs.

The video opens with the court case during which one girl tells the court which of them is primarily responsible. All the girls are sentenced to either a caning on their bare bottoms or a whipping on their back. The one who instigated the offence gets both. Next, the girls are taken to a holding cell and one at a time they are taken to the punishment room and their sentence executed. Each of the girls accepts their penalty although they are quite severe. The other girls don't get to see the punishment being carried out, but they do get to see the consequences when the punished girls are returned to the cell and they appear genuinely shocked. There is some 'behind the scenes' footage and although we do see one girl being applauded by those behind the camera and applying the punishment after her scene, she does manage a very weak smile of appreciation but there certainly is no giggling or laughing here. Many of the punishments almost lead to bleeding.

I first saw information about this video around the time of the real-life story of two British girls being imprisoned for smuggling drugs in Peru  - interesting to wonder if they would have chosen this alternative if offered.

Mood were at it again with their film Lashville, Town of Justice. The difference this time is that the girls are birched across their bare bottoms. As in South American Vacation, the girls don't get to see the punishments carried out on the others, but they do get to see the results which should have been intimidating enough.

 

In this case, several of the brichings draw blood. Again, there isn't any laughter but in some post-birching interviews, several of the girls suggest they'd do it again because they need the money. We also learn through the interviews that the girls had some control over when the scene stopped because one is asked why they didn't go on, but this isn't obvious when viewing the video.

For many people, the Rigid-East/Lupus/Quirky Way brand is rather more acceptable. They are not, however, heavily into multi-girl scenes. They did do a three-part series under the title Wild Party which all featured five girls.

This fits into the "all going to get the same and seeing others get it first" category. No sign of any laughter or enjoyment. They have another video called Girl Scout Camp which involves multiple girls. it doesn't fit with others here terribly well because only about three of the girls get a proper full-on beating while the others watch. There is one scene where all the girls are running around in a circle, naked from the waist down with the chief scout encouraging them with a swift whack with a switch as they run past.

Then in the second incarnation of the company as Lupus, they did The Crime At St Thomas. It starts with fourteen girls in nice uniforms gathering in a classroom and enduring a knicker inspection followed by some boring lessons. There's a nice scene with one girl being made to stand the front of the class for misbehaviour and her pulling faces behind the teacher's back. They spend half an hour building the scene before the "crime" occurs and the punishment of all the girls is set up. They are required to stand behind their desk, hitch up their skirts, and pull down their knickers. One by one they are summoned to the front, made to bend over a desk facing the class, and receive ten swats with a wooden paddle administered by the school janitor. After their punishment, the girls are made to stand facing the wall with their red bottoms on display.

To be honest, they don't get hit very hard. There is a moment after ten girls have already been paddled and another girl is called out - she hesitates, is called again and when she doesn't move, the janitor is told to go and get her. At that point, she pulls up her knickers, says she refuses to participate and rushes out of the room. There is a mention that she will be dealt with later. Finally, one girl denounces the real culprits and says it's not fair that they're all being punished. Accordingly, we see the guilty parties, totally naked, tied down for a severe caning in the office but the other girls don't get to see that.

There are differing levels of severity to Rigid-East/Lupus scenes but several girls appear in more than one production which is reassuring that they're doing this with free will.

There are several scenes from Russian companies, but these don't always run under a brand. They are typically quite severe.

  

These mostly follow the genre of the girls seeing other girls getting a punishment they'll soon be getting themselves, although there is sometimes a bit of variety thrown in.

I want to cheat a bit with my last example because there are only three girls involved so not really what I've classed as 'multiple girls'. However, the storyline could easily be applied to a larger group. This video comes from the Spanking Server/Pain4Fem company.

As I've said, only three girls, but the story is that one of them has modelled for Pain4Fem before and has persuaded the other two that they might enjoy it so they're all there to experience the sorts of things the studio does with a variety of costumes and positions. I think it's an interesting idea that could easily work with a larger group.

Anyway, back to the main theme. We have:-

1) You're all about to get what she's getting now.

2) You'll get your turn and it might be similar or it might be more severe

There are a few other scenarios - some of the watching girls won't actually be punished for example, which is probably something that often happened in real-life punishment as seeing what happened to others deterred bad behaviour.

So I'm fascinated by what would be going through the minds of the as-yet unpunished models.

Favourite for November

This image reminds me of someone called Elizabeth who I used to know. For a couple of years in my late teens - maybe turning twenty - I socialised a lot in a group of four - as well as me there was another guy I'm going to call David and two girls who I'll be calling Elizabeth and Julie. None of us viewed it as any sort of boyfriend/girlfriend relationship although I would have been quite interested in Julie being my girlfriend. On one occasion we were all around at David's flat and Elizabeth and Julie were playing up and making life hell for David and me. We put up with it for quite a while but eventually, they pushed us too far. David and I exchanged glances and suddenly sprang into action. Before they had time to react I had Julie across my knees and David had the same with Elizabeth, and we proceeded to spank the pair of them on their bottoms. I wouldn't say it was hard and it was over the seat of their trousers but they would have felt it and had a bit of a tingle. I should add that this may sound a bit non-consensual but it wasn't the first time one of them had their bottoms smacked on some pretext and there was never any objection. And they didn't complain this time either although this had been a bit more ritualised and also simultaneous but they got to their feet grinning at having provoked the reaction. 

What was really interesting was that a couple of days later I was visiting Elizabeth at her flat and she made some comment about why I'd only spanked Julie and not her. I could have given the obvious answer that David seemed to have taken care of that pretty well, but I was just so surprised by the remark that I struggled to comment.

Then, another couple of weeks later, we all went to a fancy dress party - not really my thing but I went along with it albeit without much enthusiasm. We were supposed to keep our outfit plans secret but I was pleasantly surprised when both Julie and Elizabeth turned up dressed as schoolgirls. Partway through the evening I was chatting to Elizabeth and she made a comment that she was hoping I might have dressed as a headmaster.

About six months later I had to move for work and our little group broke up. I can't believe, looking back, that I didn't pick up on the signals from Elizabeth. As a footnote, David and Elizabeth married a couple of years later.

It seems a bit unfair...

I recently came across a video of a rather nice little spanking scene. Attractive young girl taken over the knee by her male companions and hand spanked - firstly on the seat of her skirt, then on her panties and then on her bare bottom. The bottom ends up transitioning from pink to very red and doubtless quite sore, and then he consoles her. Little doubt that, in the context of the video, her spanking is entirely justified and appropriate. However, it just seems a little unfair to me that her spanker gets his face pixelated out so that he can't be recognised and she doesn't - I think I'd be pretty confident that anyone knowing the girl might not have seen her in this position before, but they'd be sure to recognise her.

Over the desk update

The fantastic news is that they're making a comeback. It's not just about the actual punishment scene. For me, equally important is that we get to see the reason for the subsequent punishment. I do enjoy school settings, not because I want to witness under-age non-consensual punishments (and I think most people viewing this will recognise the ever-popular Emma Brown and Nicky Montford, who are both very comfortably over the age for consent and regular recipients of sore bottoms) but because it provides a realistic situation where, at a time in our not too distant history, corporal punishment would have been employed. Clearly, here, they're out of school bounds and up to no good and have just been apprehended by their angry headmaster out in the street. I like the fact that the film's producers have dared to film them in school uniform out in public - I wonder what passers-by would be thinking? Of course, this isn't a very recent image (I think 1st Choice was operating around the 2000-2010 period). Still, some really good expressions with the look of shock on both girls' faces and a suitably cross headmaster. So much better a start to a school punishment enactment than starting off in the headmaster's office with him trying to think of something to say. "You've both behaved very badly and leave me no choice but to punish you severely..." always seems such a tame way to start a scene.

I can't believe - all of those times I've travelled on aircraft and the cabin crew have offered a hot or cold towel, and yet I never ever thought of this...

Rock - Paper - Scissors

One of the extraordinary phenomena to suddenly appear on the WWW in recent times seems to have originated in China. The first videos to appear seemed to be based on a very simple format. A boy and a girl play a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors (I'm going to assume everyone knows how that works). Whoever loses has to bend over and the winner delivers a single whack across the loser's bottom with an implement - often fairly cane-like. From that simple concept, a whole genre has developed with ever more complicated scenarios.

There are some 'translation' issues. There's the fairly common one of people using the word 'canning' instead on 'caning'. Some also refer to the target area as being the back - it really isn't. If they say back they mean bottom. As the genre started experimenting with other targets you will also see people referring to a target area being 'thighs' - all the ones I've seen it's actually the calves that are being targeted.

The protagonists are quite interesting - the guys all seem to be very casually dressed. The girls seem more varied. One or two seem to be in some sort of uniform as you might see behind a reception desk at a hotel or office. Those in leisure clothing are in just about any type of costume you would see in a city - long trousers (some very body hugging) or jeans, a lot in very short shorts or very short miniskirts. The guys tend to be - well, let's say a bit chunky. The girls are almost all very attractive, slim and on the petit side (which works very well for my tastes).

Slim and petit they may be but they are fierce. I've seen dozens of these videos by now and although everyone seems to be sticking to just a single stroke in each round, everyone seems to put everything into delivering the 'punishment' as hard as they possibly can.

In terms of locations, a lot seem to take place in a rooftop garden. Some are on riverside walkways and some just in the street. Quite often they attract one or two onlookers but nobody seems troubled by that.

Implements have varied quite a lot as the genre has developed - implements that look like canes have been supplemented with plant branches (sometimes with a lot of foliage still on) and pieces of scrap wood. It's testament to the no-holds barred approach to the delivery that it's quite common to see pieces of the implement breaking off on impact. They've also tried some different position such as lying down on a couch or across something else and that's quite often when the implement being used is plank-like and can be brought down vertically on the target.

Inevitably, when the girls in short skirts get whacked across their bottoms, it sometimes causes the back of the skirt to lift. On occasions the girl is wearing a pair of lycra shorts under the skirt. but other times the video has been edited to briefly censor the image so we don't get to see her panties. The vast majority of 'punishments' are to the loser's bottom but you will see that while most are well delivered, a few are a little inaccurate and some would say dangerously high

When the girls lose, they often pretend to not want to take up the position but they are usually laughing and do fairly quickly comply. The guys seem to take up position more quickly but the guys and girls all react quite strongly to the pain of the impact - quite often the girls seem close to tears and often slump to the floor. Implements are held a long way back, brought down as hard as possible and there appears to be good technique with a flick of the wrist to maximise the effect. Usually after about twenty or thirty seconds of hopping around and rubbing their bottoms the girls just snap out of it and go into super angry mode to challenge the guy to another round and they look really overjoyed when they win and can order the guy to take up the position. And I've said it before but it bears repeating - when they get to whack one of the guys they put everything into it and I'm quite sure that just about every stroke I've seen whether from a girl or guy would be excruciatingly painful.

Variants have inevitably come in - there seems to be quite a lot of interest in using elastic bands or different sorts and some of those are applied to the feet or even face. Then there are scenes with more players. At a very simple level they're still easy to follow. Say there are two girls and one guy. The Rock-Paper-Scissors game is usually played by the guy and just one the girls. If the guy wins both girls bend over to take a whack each. If they're win, the guy bends over and gets a whack from each of the girls. However it has become much more complicated and there are more and more participants and more getting involved with the Rock-Paper-Scissors - the be honest, I'm struggling to decide how they determine the outcomes.

Another interesting offshoot from the original videos is the emergence of what are called Screaming Chicken parties. These typically have about half a dozen participants and a marked off area about the size of a boxing ring. One participant is blindfolded and armed with an implement - often something like a belt. The other participants have squeaky toys (usually chickens - hence the name) attached to their shoes. When the game starts, the blindfolded one tries to find the others and lashes out at them with his implement while they try to keep out of his way. If they have to move too quickly, in panic that they're about to be caught, they risk making their squeaky toys betray their location. What makes these games really interesting is that sometimes participants deliberately make noises to try to get the guy with the belt searching in the area of one of the others. If the blindfolded one manages to get one of the others they are likely to squeal and make more noise trying to get away enabling him to continue to pursue them - unlike Rock-Paper-Scissors it's not unusual to see one person getting whacked three or four times in quick succession.

There are new 'games' and new variations appearing all the time. What can you expect to see? Here are a few examples of stills taken from some of the videos.

And here we have another classic but this time with a touch of censorship so that we don't get her flashing her panties.

This one has avoided the need for censoring by wearing lycra shorts under her skirt.

 

And here's one lying across a basket to received a terrific whack with a short plank.

Here we see the aftermath of a girl who has had a couple of whacks to her bare calf - not sure how they would explain the marks away afterwards because they're going to very visable to everyone for the next day or two.

Here we have one guy vs three girls - the RPS game was one-on-one and the girl lost so they guy gets to whack each of the three girls (interesting range of attire). Of course, he might be enjoying this game at the moment  but if he loses a RPS game he's going to get three whacks in quick succession. You can be confident that having been on the losing end this time, the girls will be on an adrenaline high and he's going to really get it good.

Here we have one girl taking on two guys and losing - unfortunately for her that means a good stiff whack from both of them.
