Who said tights (UK)/pantyhose (US) aren't sexy?

Just take a look a at this amazing picture from Worst Behavior/Penalty Swats.  Check them out at @PenaltySwats on Twitter or check the rapidly growing portfolio on their Clips4Sale store.  The thing I like about the scenario of applying a punishment over black tights is that they provide zero protection (some argue that holding the buttocks more firmly makes it hurt more) but masking to some extent the increasing reddening of the target so you don't start to feel sorry for her.

All the reasons why the UK government's porn blocker won't work

Actually, not working, is the least of the problems.  Here is a really good short and very easy to understand article on the forthcoming porn blocker legislation in the UK -  a must read for all UK readers of this site and similar.  It comes from the respected WIRED magazine.  It's not too late for our government to realise that they're being stupid (again) but I think they're feeling rather battered and bruised right now and probably won't see the need to back down on something else.

If the girl to be caned is able to touch her toes, it would almost always be my preferred position.  In this instance, she needs to straighten her legs just a little but I'm sure Miss Brown (of Strictly Miss Brown) will make sure that she does that before the actual caning commences.  If the girl doesn't comply on request, a good hard smack across the backs of her thighs should focus her mind.
