POSITIONS
We'll start today's survey with a quick look at positions. Apart from the stretched out on the floor position noted in the previous section (and covered again here in the fourth and fifth images), they are pretty well all ones we're already familiar with... Standing on a chair to be caned on backs of the legs (third image) is largely an Asian-only style, but the rest could have come from any Western spanko producer. Most of the times they have the girl lying face down on the floor (and often when she's lying face down on the bed) they use pillows or cushions to raise her bottom. While that might be seen to assist the person administering the punishment, I would imagine that lying on a hard cold wooden or tiled floor (as in the fifth image) would be very uncomfortable.
BONDAGE
Next we'll take a quick look at scenes with a little bit of bondage involved - again it's interesting that some of these are very improvised but others appear to involve purpose made products. There is a lot of use of beds (obviously) and hotel luggage stands. Some of the girls are secured by ordinary belts or scarves, and the eighth image here shows someone who has made some imaginative use of clingfilm... But some also appear to use items made for the market such as the bed-mounted restraints (images 3, 9 & 10) and the spreader bar (image 11) and handcuffs (image 14).
RELATIONSHIPS
Lastly, for today, a very quick look at the relationship between the girl being punished and the male carrying out the punishment (I struggled to find any examples of girls carrying out the punishments). Without any English language subtitles, it's quite difficult to fully understand what we're being presented with.
Quite a few do appear to be commercial transactions - we see a girl being ushered into a room by a female assistant, the girl is sitting at a desk having some sort of contract explained to her - the female assistant then leads her into position and secures her and finally we see the girl being escorted from the hotel room. These come from a number of different clips but follow a common pattern.
Rather more appear to be a boyfriend/girlfriend just having a bit of fun and filming it. This probably accounts for a good majority of the scenes, but, as I say, without a translation it has to largely be guesswork.
And you do need to be careful - this last scene I thought looked like a boyfriend dealing with his bratty girlfriend, until I noticed another female hand briefly appear on the near side of the bed.

And so very normal & routine, already !
Bare, white, bottoms over the armchair for the cane was simply a fact of life over epochs: for me & my sister from a young age (60s/70s), and then for my own two daughters (80s/90s)....and yes, subsequently for my young granddaughters now too.
CP is nothing but normal in my book n house....well, y'all houses in the Georgia & the South, to a large extent, already, James.
Why, thank you James, for your China compendium of spanking photos & episodes. Very impressive. I do find it all a bit bizarre, James :-)

Dear James, I have forged great friendships over decades, with Nigerian women (moms n daughters of all ages) who I have worked with at my Atlanta Corp (big n global ) since the early 1980s. These women are my erstwhile colleagues who have been visiting HQ & y'all working together. Oh my!
Amazingly, if not uniquely, these gorgeous African women are very loving, gregarious & strict; & very candid in their steadfast opinions & narratives on CP at home. They have very high expectations of their young daughters....and so will bare their bottoms for a good dose of the cane or strap at home whenever required. Indeed, frequently required, already, it seems too !!
Just as these women, naturally, gotten their own bare backsides soundly skelped by their moms, parents & "maids/nannies" in yore, when attitudes needed adjusting..
Social mobility , performative factors, good manners, high educational standings & impeccable behaviour are all stridently aligned with bare, red, sore bottoms for naughty daughters in traditional, aspirational families & homes. The flexible, quality, rattan cane is the main botty smacker of choice. And the strap is quite common too. The research & literature on all this is clear....if sadly, not widely available, James. And yup! Panties are pulled down for sure. For a darn good whooping .....no wokerati, PC nonsense affects these redouble Nigerian moms !
Clearly, my wonderful, candid discussions with my overseas female colleagues & friends are enjoyed away from the corporate campus, James. Totally discrete, friendly & professional. Usually over a coffee or bourbon or two.
Of course, the 1980s' advent of email made these long term friendships distinctly possible, James...thank the Lord !
Oh my! I do find these Nigerian women such an inspiration.....although in essence they also remind of the wonderful Church moms of old n new, in my suburb in Georgia ! So like Nigeria for Georgia, if my young granddaughters misbehave, mom fetches the botty smacker (the lil' whippy cane). Panties always come down so that it stings. Bare botties means brattitudes get rapidly adjusted !!
Why, I have also met colleagues from China, Japan, Singapore & elsewhere over the years, James....more rattan for the mill & future musings.
