I'm not really a fan of animated GIF files. Because they are, essentially, a series of separate images, those producing them have to be very conscious of managing file size so they tend to keep the dimensions small, low resolution and use fewer individual scenes so the motion is often jerky. It's also pretty rare for them to get the start and end images close enough so that it does look continuous. This isn't a very large image (480x292 pixels) but the resolution's not bad. Of course, if you study this for a while, you can spot the join but it's pretty well done.
It does look like a credible scene of a mother losing it with her teenage daughter. While the denim shorts might initially provide a fair degree of protection, the mother seems very determined and I expect that after the first twenty or so smacks, the daughter would be feeling the heat building in her seat.

Very realistic, they are chubby enough for it to be contemporary. Later, back home, those shorts should come down. It wasn't your shorts that misbehaved as Brenda said !

This is not really, you would not have the camera at the prefect location for the filming if it was for real.
If I thought for one moment it was "real" then there is every possibility of it being non-consensual and even potentially underage. I look out for scenes that look 'credible' or 'authentic' rather than real. If it was "real" as you seem to want, it would probably be illegal and I wouldn't want to use it.

As a mother of two young, wonderful daughters in the 1980s, I had learned from my own childhood (over mom's knee!!!) that a sound tanning on a completely bare bottom is far more effective that thrashing a pair of denim shorts (like above). Moreover, my sister & I graduated to the cane from mom early on in the 1960s.....alas, on a bare botty too. Always without debate or exception. Shorts n panties pulled down to our knees. It sure worked ! No half-measures were suffered. It stung like absolute Merry Hell !!!!
Quite right too, James, "cane to bare botty," for as my mom simply said without emotion or without elaborating
"It is punishment Brenda !"
Further more, as they say in the American South: " I ain't gotten no argument with the seat of your shorts, young lady !"
Or indeed "with the seat of your pretty cotton panties either, young lady! " As my two girls ruefully recall from strict Ol' me, James. This lovely, wonderful gif reminds me of my own two girls misbehaving in the car (1980s/90s). Fighting & arguing ! Tantrums, already ! Oh my! A bunch of exasperating, long suffering journeys. Well, it's par for the course James.....and so was the sentence & punishment I gave them !!
It was all just normal & necessary. Y'all superhero moms gotten real mad !
Naturally, (after parking the car !!!!) I remember how mother had so effectively dealt with me & my sister many times back n the 1960s - as seen in this gif...a few good, al fresco, resounding slaps to tender bare skin on our legs (back of thighs) as a minor, temporary measure...but with no useless, energy-sapping smacking of well-padded shorts, as seen here !
And when we gotten home, Oh my! Oh my! Without exception, our shorts & panties were pulled down to our knees, for a good thrashing with the rattan cane on our bare buttocks in the living room, in the normal fashion. That was the punishment. There was no compromise or debate or wishy-washy discussion. And so yes, that is exactly what my daughters gotten too ! Cane to bare botties always ensured their good behaviour henceforth, James !
At least until the next time attitude adjustment was required, naturally.
