Well the Tumblr situation seems to have largely stabilised although it's not in a happy place. I've randomly checked a few of the old links in my former blogroll and many have simply vanished. A few have survived with some of the images removed. A couple of the more vanilla ones seem to be unscathed. Over this coming weekend I'll trawl through them all - the survivors will move to the new blogroll and then the old blogroll will be deleted for ever. Sad.

It is rather bad there now. I have tried to search by use of various hashtags, spanking, BDSM, and was informed that there was no content available.
I am quite certain that there are bloggers who use this site as a platform who are very pleased with what has occurred on Tumblr.
There are a number of Tumblr sites that were on my blogroll and do still exist for the time being. Some have gone completely - presumably removed by their owners. Some have been blocked by Tumblr and I doubt they will resurface. Some have just had some of their content blocked but in many cases it's such a high proportion that the blog is effectively dead. And some seem largely unscathed. A few of these are more vanilla but some you have to wonder how they've lasted this far and for how much longer. Tumblr seem more concerned with female nudity than male nudity but some female nudity does persist. So for now, I will transfer to the main (NEW) blogroll sites that seem likely to survive but the rest will just remain on the remains of my old blogroll until their demise. This is so time consuming.
Update 2nd February 2019
I have done s final scan of old Tumblr links. A few remain more or less unscathed (can't figure why in most cases) and have been transferred to the NEW Blogroll. Some have vanished - a few more seem to have been largely destroyed and abandoned. I have therefore now removed all the remaining old links that appear useless and I'm back to having just one blogroll.
