Actually, I have a nagging concern that she may be more dom than sub but sometimes you just have to take your chances - if the dice don't fall the way you'd prefer, well you just have to take the consequences I suppose.

Now call me an Ol' fashioned, traditional, good strict lady already, James, but in my experience, as a strictly raised Southern belle, and a mom to two very grown up daughters (moms themselves) I can earnestly advise you & others, that a finest, top-quality, whippy-thin, rattan cane, firmly applied to the bare fundaments of this (pray any !) naughty schoolgirl at home, is the best means of securing good manners, excellent behaviour, accountability, responsibility, industrious performative attitude, erudite, goody two-shoes personas & fine citizenship. Oh my ! Cane to bare botty works !!!
As a strict, loving, no-nonsense 67 year-old ma'am, this sound (longstanding) advice also portends to my young granddaughters, James, who know that I always support & recommend corporal punishment (AKA a soundly smacked bottom) at home....and certainly not naughty steps, time outs, new fangled psycho-babble, or groundings. No fear !
Groundings are for coffee, James, not for misbehaving daughters or granddaughters :-) In fact, cane to bare botty is best for naughty girls at home. Period ! Plus ca change, James !!!
My values & advocacy align perfectly with the new, younger, aspirational Church moms in Georgia, who ask me as an "elder stateswoman", if you will (at our local, suburban Church) how to educate & discipline their young daughters in line with best practice, Southern tenets, societal norms & Christian values, James. And our African American moms have generally always been much more strict, firm & candid - I so love that. It is admirable in my humble (if Ol' fashioned opinion). And I always appreciate their discussion points & strict views, James.
Oh my! Well, naturally the trad, leather, "Southern strap" is of course the "botty smacker" prevalent for most daughters in good, strict homes in my vicinity (& Georgia, South Carolina et al), although my lifelong suggestion of the flexible, thin, rattan cane is also very well received & understood (& pray, such CP advice from moi is routinely enacted by many strict moms !!)
Also, that most crucial notion that chastisement with the cane or strap for these recalcitrant lil' princesses should always be applied to the bare buttocks at home is a strong, unanimously held view, thank the Lord - why, this is Georgia, James. not the UK or EU !!! Y'all moms agree, already ! Especially my own daughters for my (sometimes) naughty granddaughters !!!!
Indeed yes, for sure, James, and as my own redoubtable mother told me repeatedly & sensibly way back in the 1960s ( & yes, which my granddaughters are now clearly told & warned !) while she lifted my pretty 1950s dress & pulled my 1950s, cotton, bright- white pants down to my knees for a darn good whooping with the dreaded cane on my dazzling- whiter, chubby, bare, squishy-soft botty :-(
