No time wasted here lifting the girl's skirt, but we can already glimpse her knickers, and as the cane comes sswishing in hard, I can't see the skirt being much of an obstacle. For anyone, like me, who is a lover of black tights, this is a peach of an image.

Alas, I'm afraid to say, that this naughty lil' missy is getting the Trick after her bad behaviour (& missing curfew) gotten reported on this very Halloween.

I can hear my exasperated mom in a right panic calling for chaperones , already :-)
....my sister & I had chaperones as strictly raised teens in Georgia the 1970s.
Oh my! And I can also hear my redoubtable bestie, African American moms in Atlanta all aghast & exclaiming "I sure ain't gotten no argument with the seat of your pannies, young lady !" Which is what they yell with strict intent at their young daughters.... just prior to a lil' pair of cotton panties sadly hitting the deck for a darn good whuppin' . Sure thing !
Now call me a nasty, stern, frumpy Ol' strict, traditional Southern spanker, James ...(please don't)... but I simply do not see the need to administer my trusty cane through protective coverings, AKA various fabrics of sorts !

I always gotten down to the bare essentials in my book, James. Uncovering the bare truths, Clearing the decks for action. For the Stinging Metronome to smite her bare buttocks. Yup! IT STINGS. Oh my! Pray, that is the idea.
I guess she'll call you the good cop, James. And I will be the nasty Ol' mommy, bad cop ! So be it. I'm used to that, already :-)

Sorry James, I agree with Brenda. It wasn't her black tights that misbehaved, nor her knickers. Further more the cane might damage them, and that would be a shame. As for a touch of shame that shortish skirt will barely hide her knickers and the stripes escaping them...
Nonetheless its a great November pic!

I regret to say I do not agree with James. I think that skirt should be flipped up. It's far too short anyway so that in itself deserves punishment
