She'd had all morning fearfully wondering what her punishment was going to be. Now she was in the head's office she had part of the answer but not yet all. She'd been told to put her hands on her head and face the wall and he'd then tucked up the back of her skirt. But then he'd left the room and had now been gone for about twenty minutes. She had noticed when she'd first entered the room that he had a full array of weapons laid out on his desk. He had a large plimsoll - she'd felt that before and knew he laid it on with great gusto. She'd also been on the receiving end of his wooden paddle and had been bruised for at least a week after he'd blistered her rear end with it. But she'd spotted that he also had a nasty-looking cane there. She'd heard horror stories about that. It was difficult to imagine but there seemed to be a generally held opinion that it hurt even more than the paddle. She hoped against hope that she wasn't going to find out for herself if that was true.

It's interesting how different implements are used and favored from different parts of the world.
Cane to bottyland...
Oh my! This is such a wonderful, visceral post for me James (as someone who was raised with the cane at home). It's a bit scary already !
I sooooo love the "hands on head" & brighter-than-dazzling-white panties: again, all too powerful for myself with rueful nostalgia.
I guess she now just has to pull her panties down & bend over the desk for six of the best on the bare bottom. Simples.
This image is complex & rich, yet it reminds me of baring details in yore: in earlier years, my sister & I would be told to put our hands on our heads, & mom would then pull our panties down to our knees in prep for the cane. In later years, we had to pull our own panties down. The drama & trauma of the "panties down moment of truth" had different contexts & meaning at different times. This was the 1960s & 70s.
This photo reminds me of the wise, oft-repeated edict from Janus editors that I first discovered in (my late teens) in the mid-late 1970s in those mesmerizing, beyond compelling, monthly Janus magazines that y'all covet & adore: namely, that naughty daughters at home should be disciplined with "a sensible, knickers-down caning". Well, quite right too, James. That's what I had gotten in good measure. I strongly agreed with that statement at the time....and pray, ever since !!
Great photo.
Thanks & kind regards
Brenda xx
