There is a timeless simplicity to this one. A classic OTK position for a hand spanking on her bottom. I do like that, even 'though she's currently been allowed to keep her tights and panties on, we can see some redness to her bottom below the panty line so we know the message is getting through.
I remember reading a long time ago (sorry, can't provide a reference or direct quote) a survey about children's experience of corporal punishment at home. By far the largest number of cases that were reported to those conducting the survey concerned the parent spanking with their hands on the child's bottom. Again, in a very large majority of cases, the person being smacked/spanked was male but a significant minority of females had also had such an experience. However, what was very interesting (and I've never seen any other data on this issue) was that they also found that of those who were spanked, it was much more common for girls to have some clothing moved or removed than it was for boys. It makes sense that, where the person to be spanked is wearing a skirt or dress, it is much easier to lift the skirt up than it is to pull trousers down, and once the skirt is lifted, it then becomes relatively easier to pull down the underwear as well if required.
This classic demonstration is provided by Northern Spanking in the form of Stephen Lewis and Irelynn Logeen showing off the perfect position for an OTK spanking. Interestingly, I've realised that I used another Northern Spanking image with a very similar setup as the monthly favourite back in December 2017 so my tastes haven't changed very much since then! I would strongly expect that the two scenes were part of the same shoot with a costume change, and that this one probably came from a series only released as a series of still images.

The removal of clothing is much exaggerated in most photographs. The reality of childhood back in the 1950s was that it wasn't or confined to lifting a skirt. This photo has a timeless reality about it. Good choice James.

Well said, Old Tom. Your subtle, detached phraseology strongly emphasises that clothing adjustment was incidental not coincidental to the spanking process!! That was how it gotten done. We thought nothing of it. And it sure made sense, already. Boo-Hoo!

Oh dear! Mom's succinct, purposeful answer was all he more scary for is brevity. GULP!
Fifty Shades of White - and now for some Southern humour already, if you will, James. Or at least just an observation from me. Not sure it will translate into the UK context ha-ha! At a minor, first glance, in this sunny Atlanta kitchen in the photo, it looks like the gorgeous, naughty "Irelynn Logeen showing off the perfect position for an OTK spanking" is actually bare bottomed already. But then, of course, a second glance, tells us she is fully knickered-up.
So initially, just for a nano-second, from a quick Southern perspective, it looks like the lovely, fair-skinned Irelynn is already displaying her feintest of caramel sun tans and her starkly defined sun tan lines...and with her distinctly non-sun tanned, paler-shade-of-alabaster-white, squishy-soft botty fully exposed already for the required smacking :-)
Indeed, that was the usual scenario and visuals in sunny, outdoor Georgia in 1960s yore: perfectly defined sun tan lines, framing a chubby set of porcelain-white buttocks duly uncovered for a naughty girl's whooping! As I say, even with global warming, that maybe not a UK observation. Oh my! It's a Southern thang, James :-)
