Regulars to my blog will know that I like "schoolgirl" scenes but have tended to post mainly what I judge as more authentic photos - punishments on hands or clothed bottoms. I do know that many of you prefer bare bottom scenes and I thought this was a good time to make an exception. From Janus 46 way back in 1985, any girl who can not merely touch her toes but can adopt this impressive stance for her caning is going to get my vote!

I like the ambiguity about who is doing the caning. Realistically no male teacher would compel a girl to do that but a woman now...
She must as flexible as the cane. I too prefer 'authentic' school caning pictures and videos but that's not say I dislike the bare bottom ones too.

Wonderful photo James, but my daughters only had to bend over the sofa to have their bare behinds whooped with the rattan switch, not touch their toes. They gotten it too easy already ? Oh my ! Same for me in the 1960s, just a hazard of childhood family life ?!
I am 60 now, but when this photo fist originated, I gotten God-blessed with motherhood & my two daughters in turn. They are now in their 30s. I raised them with firm CP and my strict, loving, conservative, Southern, Christian values; and I sure did not believe in PC or time-outs !
But when I first discovered these great, original photos/magazines like in Janus, it was a decade earlier when I was a student in my home of Atlanta, Georgia. I had escaped my strict childhood, but this type of realistic photo took me straight back to corporal punishment from mother. Oh my !
Those pioneering late-1970s & early 1980s UK mags, like Janus, often focused on Schoolgirls, but for me they equally translated into my domestic, home CP experiences a a child, because they were so realistic, and so formal and sober.
Ok, Georgia is a lil' more sunny than UK already ha-ha, but the realistic photos and contexts of bare bottom canings sure made my backside sting just to look at them back in the day. I have vivid memories of those magazines & exciting times.
I revelled in their lack of flamboyance or unrealistic fantasy scenarios or indeed sexual themes. Just proper puritanical CP (as advocated by my neighbourhood Church in Atlanta !). In my 1960s Christian childhood, this authentic "smacked botty from mother" photo here on your post, shows a world of black n white....and botties gotten very red. That was just normal.
Spare the rod spoil the child - Yes for sure, like mother like daughter I raised my young girls 1980s/90s with firm spankings from the get-go. I kept an identical-style, flexible, thin, rattan cane in the cupboard (like my exact childhood cane) and when they told lies or misbehaved they gotten their shorts & knickers pulled down to their knees in the living room and their bare backsides gotten to sting a whole bunch ! No compromise. As a mom, I also strongly believed that the shorts & panties pulled down, "baring routine" was a vital part of the punishment, followed by a ferocious but harmless sting on the bare, sensitive-skinned place provided by God for a mother's chastisement. Spanking with love was the philosophy.
For sure, seeing the whippy-thin cane aka "the hornets nest" and having my panties pulled down was real scary for me (and my sister) as lil' girls way back in the 1960s, so I made sure my own daughters feared having their "last defence" of underwear lowered in defeat to feel my nasty cane on a bare white botty when I was their kind but no-nonsense and angry mom !! I asked my mother why she pulled down my panties for a bare-bum-whipping and she replied "because it is punishment, Brenda ! " I so loved her strict, matter-of-fact approach, especially when I became a mom myself. No need for snowflakes, James !!
It was harsh, but very fair. My girls are pro-spanking James. This mindset is still prevalent in the South, Thank The Lord.
