I rarely post totally original images but I try not to post things that have just been posted on the web somewhere else - I prefer to uncover things that readers might have missed or forgotten from further back. I'm making an exception with this extraordinary video. Unfortunately I don't know the source to give credit to. And, I'm not actually posting it because it's brilliant - to be honest I don't think it's quite there yet. It is, however, extraordinary. Perhaps it is a signpost to a new form of digital artwork we might see more of in the future.

VR gets better and better all the time. I like the way they depicted the girls' reactions, and the cane strokes that went before them.
There are times when I love the new technologies...

This is wonderful art & technology, James. I wish there were more artistic spanking animations like this. Oh my ! I sure know how they feel & the sting is visceral for me watching this.
When I was naughty as a child I gotten taken to the living room, where I had my overalls unfastened & my knickers pulled down & my bare bottom soundly smacked with a rattan cane, usually by my mother. This "rod of correction" was harmless but it was a traumatic Hell on Earth chastisement, (harsh but fair on my bare botty), that I subsequently endured for years of my childhood. Oh my! Corporal punishment was just normal in our Christian-values house (from early 1960s) & for sure in most houses in the suburban 'hood of Atlanta, Georgia.
I do so like this video showing bare bottom whoopings - as that was the only way sister & me gotten the cane at home. It was also the only way my own two daughters (born 1980s & now grown up) gotten it too! At school CP was given with the paddle on clothed buttocks, although I never received it myself. I was a boring, well-behaved, lil' goody two-shoes girl because my home life was so darn spartan strict & religious, already. Woe betide me, James!
