Okay, here's a nice little problem to apply your mind to as you begin to unwind from the festive frivolities of yesterday.
Imagine that you're the father of two teenage daughters. While they're out shopping, a friend of yours phones you and suggests you should look up a video that has been posted on a popular video sharing website. He says he could be mistaken but it appears to feature your daughters. You take a look, and there's no mistake. You even know when it was taken because of the clothes they're wearing and the fact they were at a party in that part of London just a few days ago. That leaves you with a couple of hours to work out what you're going to do when they get back from the shops.

No IFS, but plenty of BUTTS, Naked BUTTS. I would take both my naughty daughters knickers down. CANE their bare bottoms good, and post it on the TUBE not the Underground, The SPANKING TUBE.
I guess that in all the videos like this, the girls are somebody's daughters. Having to see it must have really been rough. I don't know what I would do, especially since I don't know the age of your daughters. I would guess that showing it to them and letting them know you saw it and how disappointed you are and how much it hurts to see them like this might really get to them. Kids of today seem to do really stupid things.
Please let me know what you ended up doing because I have a hard time figuring things like this out. I always hope that there are some natural consequences, like a police officer near by that arrests them or something. Good luck.

I agree with Blondie it is not an indication of parenting it is a symptom of our society which has rather lost its way. It would be nice to suggest corporal punishment but the reality is that girls of that age would know their 'rights' and all hell would break loose. I suspect they were either somewhat drunk or had taken something and need to be made aware of the foolishness of that.

I would sit them both down and show them the video and then ask them to explain their actions. After having the discussion with them both, I would inform them that every choice, good or bad, has an end result that corresponds to that choice. The fact that they obviously made very poor choices, as shown on that video, means there is going to be a very harsh consequence for the both of them because of these choices. Then, as one stood and watched, I would lead the other over to my chair and instruct her to raise her dress up and then I would pull her panties down around her ankles and lay her across my lap and give her a hard spanking with my bare hand. After spanking them both this way, I would put them both in the corner for 5 minutes, then one at a time, put them back across my knees again for another spanking with the paddle while the other had to stand and watch. Then send them to their room for the rest of the night.
Don't worry Mike. I'll visit you when you're in prison.

Would some firm remedial action at an early age have been beneficial James ?
Lessons are best learned over a bare bottom, I leaned that over my mother's knee from the get-go.
James, I gotten God-blessed with my two daughters in the 1980s, and as a Christian-raised, strict mother myself, I believed in firm discipline - the rod was not spared. Moreover, the Church advocated my philosophy & actions.
If my young girls told lies or gotten me real cross, they had to present their completely bare backsides over my knee, or the sofa, for a good smacking with my lil' rattan switch-cane, which I kept in the downstairs cupboard. This was normal (& effective!) punishment in our house: harsh but fair. And completely harmless already (as I sure told the PC mothers, James !!) CP was popular in most houses, in fact. And still is in Georgia State.
In turn, as a Southern princess myself, born 1959, I had gotten the exact same punishment from my own mother (cane to my bare botty) & this CP sure licked me & my sister into shape over the years. I am sure of that.
Everyone is different James, but this was my experience. My own daughters never behaved disgracefully like this. My sister & me never gotten to behave like this. Just sayin' !
