The Blogroll is now in three parts. The main part is arranged according to the date the blog was last updated with the most recent first. Many blogs use the BDSMLR platform which does not include date information; they are in a separate Blogroll arranged alphabetically but I check from time to time and remove any that have been permanently closed. The final part is a list of interesting Twitter feeds - again in alphabetical order.

Interesting idea
I'm not sure about the implementation but this is an interesting idea - isn't it odd what you can find on the web...?
And just what are the benefits of contacts on both sides?

It's currently for sale on eBay - the description reads:-
The Enforcer Electro-Ferule. This is probably the most fun you will ever get from 2 AA batteries. That's if you dare to use it. This could make you a nervous wreck. The Enforcer electro-ferule is a great adult toy that will provide lots of fun. This is not a striking implement but rather a touch and press implement. Just press the button on the side, the pilot light will illuminate, wait a few seconds and place upon the target area. Zap! It delivers a safe, yet very nasty high voltage shock. Very painful! Works on bare skin only and the voltage is regulated so it cannot cause burns. The terminals that deliver the jolt are on both sides of the ferule. So, it's possible to shock two target areas simultaneously. This allows interesting combinations. The unit is supplied with 2 x zinc batteries but, if you really want more zapping power, they can be replaced with 2 x AA Alkaline batteries. These will also last longer. Length is 17 3/4 inches.

Not for use! You have to be kidding. Why buy the bleep batteries if you aren't going to use it?
