Canings in Malaysia
This is the follow on to a previous post of mine about the re-emergence of the quasi-judicial use of caning as a punishment for female offenders in Malaysia. I found this one interesting both because it suggests the other case is not just going to be a one-off incident, but also because there is some detail given about the modus operandi. .jpg)

Yes, in the Islamic world, naughty woman are subject to corporal punishment. The cane being a favorite implement of theirs, to be applied to a female's naked rear end.
Barbaric judicial canings - NO !
A "sensible, knickers down caning" at home - YES !
As a strict, loving mother of two daughters, James (my girls were raised in the 1980s) I am a big fan of "a good bare bottom caning" to punish bad behaviour at home. Indeed, I now have granddaughters and so this exact form of strict Spartan chastisement still continues in our house, James, when two naughty lil' girls fight or tell lies, or badly misbehave, and two pairs of soft, cotton panties need to be pulled down for just desserts, yes...with the cane, on the bare, orthodox surface !
I strongly approve, James. It STINGS. Job done. All is forgiven in front of God.
But I sure do not approve of barbaric, Medieval, judicial canings in various "developing countries". I abhor them vociferously !
And barbaric canings must NEVER be conflated with the sound of harmless (if stinging!) metronomic smacks of the parental cane, tawse or plimsoll upon the bare buttocks of recalcitrant daughters in good American & British homes in the post-war, 1950s-1980s golden era of CP & firm discipline (pre-naughty step epoch).

Oh my! I certainly am a big supporter of human rights (and Lord knows, such Rights are in short supply in the US, right now, James !!!!!!) and as a Ol' fashioned mom & grandmom, aged 67, I also understand that in strict, loving homes, young daughters "lose their rights" (only temporarily) and need their bottoms soundly tanned ! Yes, James, they gain the "rights" to have their bare bottoms skelped !
Naughty girls must lose their privileges for a short while for a "spanking"...including the privileges of wearing their knickers upon their tender backsides, AKA of keeping them in situ (& consequently losing the privilege of any protective coverings over their soft-skinned botties whatsoever ) while they are whooped with the rod of correction ! Thus, panties should be pulled down to knees for the cane mom !!! ....or the strap or tawse ...on the totally bare buttocks. They feel it & fear it, James !
