English Law is relatively unusual in being based in large part on precedents from other cases heard in higher courts. For anyone choosing to study it then, it becomes a rather heavy task of going through case after case, deciding what the ruling shows and then, ultimately, trying to apply those ruling to make sense of a new case. Students beginning to study the law tend to be given a series of standard well-known cases as the initial basis of their study. I wonder if someone has a wry smile on their face when they selected one of the key cases used to help understand what is meant by indecent assault...
R. v. Court [1988] 2 All E.R. 221 House of Lords
D., a shop assistant, pulled a 12-year-old girl visitor to the shop across his knees, and smacked her 12 times on the buttocks outside her shorts for no apparent reason. Asked by the police why he had done so, he said "I don't know: buttock fetish." He pleaded guilty to assault, but denied that the assault was indecent and contended that his statement about his "buttock fetish" should be excluded as evidence because it was merely a secret motive which was not communicated to the victim and it could not make indecent an act which was not overtly indecent. The judge having refused to exclude the evidence, D. was convicted of indecent assault and appealed, ultimately to the House of Lords.
Apart from the obvious lesson that it's a pretty dumb idea to publicly spank a 12 year old who you have no connection with (and some would say that spanking children is all bad anyway), it does seem absurdly dumb to tell the police what motivated the assault. Incidentally, he lost the appeal.

Smacking bottoms
I'll probably get berated for this one but I just wanted to raise the issue.
Every so often, some poor unfortunate gets taken to court and prosecuted because he's given a female acquaintance a smack across her bottom. Now some cases that you read, you can't help but think that they've gone so far that they were asking for a day in court, but there are many times when someone has perhaps misjudged a young ladies likely reaction and given her a friendly pat on the butt where, at the most, he should perhaps have got a slap across the face and where prosecution seems most unreasonable.
I suppose I'm biased because I've done it a number of times and - so far - got away with it. There's been times when I've smacked someone who was just a friend and most times they've laughed it off, and times when I've taken more of a risk by smacking a work colleague. Is it so wrong? What about those out there who enjoy being smacked - have you ever had an unexpected smack on the behind from someone you work with or someone who is just a friend and doesn't know about your interests? How did you react?

Music to travel to
Currently on a business trip and a lot of travelling and little time for blogging. However, the other day, on an especially long and tedious flight I had my MP3 player on, and I could swear as I dozed I heard an old Paul McCartney number...

Final naughty girl revelations
This is going to be my final batch (for now) of girls being exposed by their friends in front of the camera. Feedback please if you want me to keep an eye open for others.
I always like these ones where people put themselves in a position where they suddenly realise they can't do much to reduce their humiliation.
And this is a corker - why is she hanging on to the pillow as if her life depended on it when common sense suggests it's the top of her pants she should try to hang on to?
This is one heck of a wedgie but the perpetrator is also showing rather a nice cleavage - the sort of picture you have to hope is going to turn out to be part of a series.
Had to put this slightly different one in before signing off - there are masses of party pictures on the web with groups of beautiful young girls posing for the camera in this sort of leaning forward posture, but not that many where one of the girls, realising her friend isn't wearing bra, has the sense of good timing to pull the other girls top down just as the picture is taken.
Last, but by now means least, if you've not been convinced by some of the earlier pictures, this is my personal favourite in the category. Lovely expressions, nice figures, a very lovely bottom - and two girls who both deserve to be put over someone's knee (preferably mine) and taught how to behave in public.

Third naughty girl revelations
Another typical swift de-bagging at a girl's night in - hope the gesture was reciprocated.

Two together here where I'm not even sure they've noticed yet. A charming innocence about the second one like he's almost doing it without realising and she just innocently forgot her panties this morning...
This last one for now must definitely know but can't do much about it. If I'd been the photographer I would have felt obliged to giver her a couple of hard smack because I was always taught a bit of red is good in a photo.

More revealed
Here's another batch of girls being exposed by their so-called friends.
This one doesn't seem to be bothered - she obviously knows about the camera but is still laughing about it. Doesn't presumably care much about there being men present in the room either.
Looks like a university dormitory or hall of residence and a student prank. This one has managed to keep her face off-camera at least but I think it's going to cost her because it looks as if she's about to get a smack on her bum - not the sort of size target it would be possible to miss!
This is what happens when you're seriously outnumbered - rather suspect she's going to lose rather more than she has already.
Love the expression on this cheeky little bee's face! One of those times when I really hope she got her comeuppance and ended up with a real sting in her tail!
And this is a very public wedgie for this girl on holiday. Obviously a set up between the other girl and the photographer. I don't think she saw it coming although there are plenty of other people around to enjoy the spectacle.

Quite revealing!
I've often been surprised how many lovely girls are willing the flash their breast or other parts of their bodies when someone is standing there with a camera because they just have to know it's likely to wind up on the internet and everyone including their parents might get to see it.
However, there are also some excellent pictures out there where girls have been exposed to the camera lens by their so-called friends and I just love those.
Here's part one of my collection - I'll post three more parts over the next few days.
This looks like what just started as a fun fight at a sleepover which then got a bit out of hand - one of things with these shots is I always feel that if you'd do this to a friend you couldn't really complain if someone then did it to you - I'd sure like to see the girl on the right lose her denim skirt!
Unfortunately I think this girl reacted just in time to stop her shorts coming right down but given the very public location, perhaps it's just as well.
This one was clearly not in time to stop her trousers being tugged right down and she's left holding the T-shirt in place to avoid us seeing any more.
Two more outdoor ones to finish this batch - there seems a sort of justice going on in the first one as the girl who is set on exposing her friend's little white ass looks set to give the photographer a good look up her own skirt at the same time - if only the photographer had the camera switched to sequence mode!

Variety is a spice...
I thought the myriad of CP oriented publications and websites had thought of every possible punishment until I happened on one of the anti Corporal Punishment websites and found myself reading a report into domestic corporal punishment in Vietnam.
Physical punishments mentioned by children in Viet Nam included hitting with implements, punching, kicking, pinching, twisting body parts, throwing objects, electric shocks. At home, punishment by family members included: arm broken, beaten on the buttocks until raw then a mixture of salt and chilli rubbed on the wounds, beaten with a thick stick, ear twisted until torn and bleeding, electrocution with wires, excess labour, kneeling on the spiky peel of durian fruit, standing naked outside the house, standing under the weight of a buffalo yoke, head repeatedly submerged in water, hanging on a tree and beaten until unconscious, hung on an electricity pole, hung on a wall by the hands, hung upside down from a tree, tied next to an ants nest, tied to a bicycle and forced to run alongside it, whipped while hanging from a tree. Punishments by teachers at school included: confined under a bed, standing in front of class and being denounced by classmates, hit on forehead by ruler thrown by teacher, hit on head by box of chalks, not being allowed to eat, stripped naked and beaten on the back, two children forced to slap each other on their cheeks. Of those who were hit, 50% were hit with an implement (34.8% with sticks etc, 15.2% with a whip, lash or belt), 45.5% were slapped with the hand, 4.5% kicked. Of those children who mentioned body parts where they were hit, 26% reported being hit on the head and neck, 27% on the limbs, 11% on the back, 13% buttocks, 5% chest, 4% stomach, and 1% genitalia. In terms of the settings in which children experienced punishment, the research found that in the home 81% of children experienced physical punishment, 19% emotional punishment, while in school 69% experienced physical punishment and 31% emotional.
As the saying goes, don't try this at home!

Other blogs
People often post about new blogs they've come across but I want to post today to pay tribute to two of the more established ones for services above and beyond the call of booty!
First up is the splendid Bums on the Run site. The girls have done a great job with the site to draw attention for their charity run to raise money for cancer research with masses of photos and auctions to make it worth keep returning. They may have already hit their target but if you haven't visited lately then you're missing some great stuff and you may feel inspired to make a further donation to encourage them in their training. I can't bear to think it will soon be over and will they continue to maintain the site...?
Second one for a mention is the long established Spkbryan's Blog.
He does a fantastic job trawling the web for spanking photos - must practically be a full-time occupation. There are masses of new ones appearing all the time. I especially liked the next two. Most of the "fun spankings" on the web involve one "young thing" smacking another "young thing" so it was refreshing to see an "oldie" giving a young girl a spanking and it still being regarded by everyone as fun.
