I like this example of David Adams' artwork. Once again, an example of what you can get away with in art that you probably couldn't stage as a photograph.
Standing outside the office of the headmistress, waiting to be summoned inside to be lectured and then firmly and painfully punished is bad enough at the best of times. To be made to stand facing the wall with your hands on your head makes it ten times worse, as anyone passing will immediately realise what is going on. But the added dimension here is the disparity of ages.
The younger girls have almost certainly never been in trouble this serious before and are already scared witless by whatever punishment awaits them. The older girl almost certainly has been here before and knows full well how hard a punishment from the headmistress can be. Added to that, she is enduring the terrible humiliation of being treated just the same as these silly first-year girls. She has no idea what they have done to cause them to be waiting here with her, but it's mortifying that she has to stand with them and everyone passing by being in no doubt that they'll soon all have very sore bottoms.
The added concern for the older girl is that if she's called in first, they are likely to witness her leaving the office with her face streaked with tears and clutching her hands to her seat.

Panties are a privilege, James. And naughty girls lose their privileges when they get their bottoms caned !
Why yes, James, these naughty princess rascals will sadly lose their snuggy, cotton under-panties (or have them pulled down to their knees, already, with skirts hoisted) for a good bare bot smacking with the rod of correction....but alas, this will be at home. Not at school.
Oh my! If I was the Head (UK) or Principal ( US) then I would of course strictly comply with the rules & protocol, & duly tan the seat of their skirts or pray, even their knickers, with the cane or slipper or paddle, according to the School Handbook. Alas, at home, no rules abound on protective clothing remaining in-situ upon their tender-skinned, baby-soft posteriors !!!!!
And yes, the flexi-rattan cane is waiting in the cupboard, for their denuded chubby, white backsides, in good, aspirational, performative homes.
So I would be immediately telephoning these girls' moms, James. And informing them of their dire misbehaviour. And following up, rapido, with a letter - Recorded Delivery obviously !!! On the phone conversation, I may well even suggest how the moms deal with their naughty daughters !!!!

Although - spoiler alert....the good parents of the Strictmoor Academy girls (Connecticut) or Oaks & Pines girls (Geneva) or Eilean Beithe girls (Scotland), do not just agree with CP. Pray, they God darn demand it, James !!!

I especially love the following:
"A traditional remedy" (summer 2024) - a naughty girl having her bare bottom smacked over pop's knee in her bedroom. Oh my!
"Something of interest in the corner", (1st April, 2024) her dress hoisted, panties beautifully positioned above knees, and her skelped, bare botty all red n sore on display....hands on head in the corner. YUP! Sure thing ! Why, it was nothing but par for the course for y'all daughters in yore. Quite right for y'all princess gang besties !!!
"Hot ends - or the perils of smoking" (April 2024) - three naughty girls gotten their bare bums caned by the Principal/Head.
"Taken to her Room" (December 2023) & "Holding On" (September 2023), "Strapped in the Library" (May 2023) remind me of my nostalgic, "memoirs" - pray, strict, normal, necessary CP experience at home growing up.
"Trouble at school - double at home" (October 2023) where the recalcitrant daughter gets the paddle over her skirt at school, (like those girls in your post here above will get ?)....and then a spanking on her bare buttocks from her father OTK, at home. Oh my! Sure thang !
So yes, James, this triumvirate of naughty princess brats will be taken down a peg or two (as will their knickers) and will deserve & duly receive at home the punishment ( to quote the erstwhile Janus' editors, 1979) :
"A reasonable, sensible, pants-down caning or strapping can work
wonders for silly, irresponsible, mischievous or disobedient girls"
"Pants down we think makes sense" ....YUP! absolutely essential James !!!!
And crucially - all providing the school-parental comms system is flowing smoothly & up to the very highest standards expected (& indeed, all duly paid for with those eye-watering, bottom-reddening annual fees !!!)

I almost did a double take when I saw this post in my blog feed - I hadn't published twice a row, had I?
You have captured that sense I was aiming for of a young woman sent to the headmistress and awaiting a punishment more usually dealt out to the junior girls. The inclusion of the junior girls is, as you say, absolutely something that a studio could not in any way hire models to create. The freedom to do so in art is achievable (though I think I have havered quite a lot over publishing this one for exactly those reasons).
