Sadly, over the years, many spanko websites that were once cherished favourites have disappeared. This is a dramatic break from that pattern with one of them suddenly reappearing. Laura's Spanking Corner was probably the first site to feature some of my writing other than the ASS and SSS newsgroups - for some reason, at the time, I requested she didn't provide my email address but, clearly, I'm perfectly happy now for people to contact me by email.
The site could do with a drastic update - maybe that will happen in due course. Many of the links don't work but that acts as a further reminder of sites I used to visit regularly and enjoy.

Laura's was the first indication I had that there were others with interests similar to mine who could produce high quality and engaging material. A great place back in the 90s. I hope all worked out well for the original Laura - I remember she had a bit of a battle when she was outed at work (IIRC her employer's global HR department told her coworkers to grow up and not be concerned about their coworkers' life outside the office, but it must not have been pleasant).
I still visit the site loved the Carolina Jim stories as reminded me of my high school girlfriend in the 70's and the spankings she and her sister received well into their teens! Willow street seven was also a great story with teen girls talking about their spankings. I heard my sister and her friends describe the exact same at a sleepover.

I have written an Eilean Beithe inspired story illustrated with Eilean Beithe drawings and will republish it...
Meanwhile I am cooking a somewhat "interctive" story with Aunt Roberta...

Hey! Well said there, Jay!! I too always loved the Carolina Jim stories - just like factual accounts of the whoopings sister & me gotten from our mom in the 1960s (the cane to our bare bottoms) And yes, likewise Willow Street Seven by Adrian Hammersmith - it was just par for the course for we girls to compare chastisement notes (& botties!!)
Myself, I always so loved the cute, conservative stories by Gigi; especially "Church Picnic 1871". I always adored the following cute but stern, Spartan piece from that story right here,
"Help arrived very quickly, and the three were hauled out and returned to the picnic grounds, where mothers fussed over their muddy daughters. The fathers had another response! The four fathers cut willow branches from the trees nearby and dragged their wayward daughters into the woods nearby.
One put his daughter over a fallen log, another sat on a tree stump and placed his daughter over his knees, another had his bend over and touch her toes, and Gigi's father also had her over his knees as he sat on a fallen log. Skirts were raised and pantaloons lowered, as bared behinds experienced the fresh air.
The willow sticks whirred through the air and found their targets on the naughty bottoms that were so well presented there! Again and again the little whips descended, and the cries of the little girls could be heard echoing throughout the picnic area."
Oh my! Sentence passed & justice served. Those poor, stingy, snow white to rose red botties. How lovely & strict & true to form. Not so much 1871, why, it was just like that for us girls in our sunny parks in Atlanta, Georgia in 1971!!

Thanks Brenda . I grew up in a Canadian small town in the 70's and my parents primarily Dad spanked me and my two sisters. We were usually sent to our room and Dad would come in and lecture us the sit on our bed have us drop pants and go over his knee for a bare bottom hand spanking. We were all spanked up to about 9th grade 14ish. At that time I got a particularly hard spanking for skipping school. Well a girl I was kinda seeing at the time heard from my sister that I got my "behind tanned" and she pressed me for details revealing details of her last spanking which was just a few weeks prior. That exchange with her was incredibly exciting and led to some fun!! I have been a life long spanko.

I was born late 1950s & gotten raised in Atlanta, with my younger sister, in a typical Southern family - religious, conservative & very strict. My God-fearing mother was the chief bottom-smacker. When we were naughty there was only one form of chastisement - out came the cane & down came our panties. The brilliance of James' blog often blurs the reality that spankings were nothing but normal for y'all. Oh my! That dreaded rattan rod never gotten spared in our house. Sure licked me into shape over years.
Seeing my lil' sister's panties go south - her sun tan lines & whiter-than-alabaster-white, chubby buttocks revealed (a brief but formal "hands on head" scolding & baring ritual) & then whooped scarlet-sore with the spanky-stick over the sofa, in the living room; had a huge impact on myself, already. Oh my! Those sights n sounds were perhaps more influential of my mindset than my own canings! And it happened a lot (she had a penchant for lies). It was just a normal fact of life.
