So I wonder just what the story is here. It seems pretty unlikely that it hasn't been staged for dramatic effect - I mean I rather doubt the 'sister' has really just been spanked and is using a pack of frozen peas to ease the pain as the caption suggests. Perhaps she hurt her bottom in some other way such as a fall and was trying to freeze the pain away and the person who took the picture came up with a more interesting explanation for the caption. She seems too happy to be in any real pain.
However, I have to say that if I spanked a girl for some misbehaviour and then found she was taking the pain away using a cold compress, the peas would go straight back in the freezer and she'd get warmed up all over again...

Or soothing your botty from the "hornets nest", as my sister and me used to call our bare bottom whoopings with the cane from mother (back in the 1960s !)
Ok, yes her comfy shorts and knickers are now pulled back up already, but she would have gotten a whooping with my rattan cane on her bare backside (shorts and panties to knees) for misbehaving when I was God blessed with motherhood (1980s). That was the exact chastisement my two young daughters received, James. Yes, same as I gotten as a child. Oh my ! I kept the thin, dreaded cane in the downstairs cupboard for their bare bottoms when lies gotten told or fighting/tantrums took hold. Sure worked for our family. No PC, just CP for my girls. And a normal fact of life in Georgia State !
This scenario is like a cryptic mystery already, James haha:-)
