...and, yes, I do realise that I'm early and it's still September - however the choice was to either be a couple of days early or about two weeks late. So, I've found an intriguing image that fully deserves a few extra days of exposure.
Here we have an attractive young lady, stark naked and displaying a very sexy and spankable bottom. Of course the real reasons why this is so fascinating are that everyone around her is fully clothed, she bears the very clear signs of having had her backside thrashed quite recently, either with a birch or with switches I would guess, and yet she seems not to be especially concerned or self conscious and those around are - by and large - taking very little notice.

No I don't know the back story but it is a simply wonderful picture and I can make up several scenarios for it. A great find and I for one am more than happy to forgive it being a few days early.

By coincidence, somebody posted this picture in the 'New Spanking Links Only' group on Yahoo, and asked the same question. Another member of the group posted that it was she, but I'm not sure if she was teasing or not. Whoever she is, she has been well and truly caned. Looks very sore, yet she doesn't seem too bothered or distressed.
That doesn't look like a caning to me Targetarear (great name by the way)I have to agree with James that it looks like a switching or birching.

A very nice picture, as to the back-story I think it's just photoshopped unfortunately. Her shadow on the guy next to her is obviously wrong.
Still, it would be interesting what the person who made it had in mind.
