It's a classic shot of a "schoolgirl" who has clearly messed up big time and is in for more than just a spanking from her angry father.
The scenario in my mind is she's be sent home from school - suspended for the rest of the week - the head has spoken to her parents by phone about her appalling behaviour and her mother has told her to wait in this position for her father who'll be home shortly to deal with her. Both parents regret that the school isn't allowed to just giver her the caning she deserves rather than make her miss valuable school, but they're about to make up for this shortcoming of the modern education system in their own way. Up on tiptoes and with the top of the chair uncomfortably pressing on her stomach, yet those discomforts that are a long way from uppermost in her mind as she wonders just what she's going to get and how long he's going to make her wait to find out.

James, having raised my two, wonderful daughters with strict, loving, no-nonsense discipline from a young age, I sure know what do to here, already !
Out comes the cane, and down come the panties!
Moreover, my hubby chose not to spank our girls (a choice I respected) & so I was the bottom whooper-in-chief! As with my own strict childhood (from my own mother) I found that after misbehaviour, by applying a specially designed length of good, top quality, very flexible, very thin piece of rattan cane ("a switch") to the very sensitive, lily white skin on their bare backsides, I gotten two well-behaved daughters! Period.
It stings like Hell mommy ...which is exactly why knickers always gotten pulled down! My motto was maximum sting, maximum safety maximum humbling but never humiliation. Spanking with love is the genre, James.
I gotten my bare botty whipped as a child in the 1960s/70s, by my mother's same lil' rattan cane, kept handy in the downstairs cupboard. Same for my lil' sister. It is harmless & salutary. And just well, normal !!
But Oh my! There sure is a danger of sound, bare bottom chastisement, James...
There sure is a danger than as a mother, I gotten rewarded with two sorry, thoughtful, good-mannered, tantrum-free, truthful, honest, helpful, well-behaved, polite, good as gold lil' angels.
And also a danger with the cane upon tender, bare backsides; that my young daughters gotten to grow up as good, happy, considerate, responsible & accountable citizens of the world. That is indeed the case, James. Moreover, they are now mid-30s & pro-spanking.
