James, these fine photos take me back to my own whoopings growing up in the 1960s & then more recently, of course, having to chastise my own young daughters (with the cane) in the 80s/90s, with their hands on heads both the leggings & their panties can be pulled down to knees simultaneously with one big tug. Wooooosh! Grab two waistbands. And take one big tug, already ...to bare the alabaster-white, sensitive skinned orthodox surface for a good skelping with the rod! That sure is catharsis for an angry, exasperated, hardworking mother dealing with two misbehaving lil' princess brats!! No need for naughty steps & wishy-washy nonsense in my book.
But with my daughters' jeans, shorts or pants, I found it more preferable & effective to pull them down to knees first, then with their knickers following suit, after. This added a slight delay, drama & sobriety to the Spartan process of a well-smacked bottom. I believe the "panties down" baring process is an effective element in its own right. It sure established that mom is boss! And that mom is real mad, already! I called it the "breeze on the botty moment", when my lil' sister & me gotten caned in yore.
Naughty fairest, bare buttocks would then be positioned over the sofa for a dozen good, sound taps with my cane! Accompanied by Boo-Hoos & loud wailing, naturally. It was all just normal punishment in our family. No wokerati PC issues or concerns. It was a long time ago, disciplining my young girls in a loving, Christian way, & now more PC has taken course in Georgia, but still thank the Lord, far less dominant than Ol' fashioned CP family values.
